All DSL accounts include the following services:

- Unlimited e-mail account (regular plus Web-based interface)

- FTP account with 10 MB's of personal web space

- Microsoft® FrontPage® 2000 server extensions (upon request)

All prices are for "Always On" xDSL line and include BOTH Internet access and the local loop... all on one consolidated bill!

Global Frontiers will arrange with your local carrier to provide a Field Support Engineer to come to your premises, supply and install the DSL modem, wire the modem to the computer's Ethernet card or to a router, switch or hub, and wire the modem to a wall jack. If necessary, the Field Support Engineer will also wire the connection from the wall jack to the side of the building where the telephone wires enter. And of course, he/she will will make sure the connection is functioning properly and address all questions before leaving.

As with all aspects of our customer relationship, Global Frontiers will be your single point of contact for any installation or equipment inquiries.

A one-time installation and setup fee plus the cost of a digital modem or router will apply. Please contact our representatives for current prices or special promotions.

1 Not all speeds are available in all areas. Once we receive your Service Request, we will individually qualify your location and provide you with a customized proposal.
2 Business-Class Services are monitored 24 hours a day with a guaranteed up-time of 99.97%, outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
