Global Frontiers,
Inc. is eager to address the Year 2000 (Y2K) concerns of our customers.
We are committed to performing all possible testing and maintenence
to ensure that our service continues without interruption before, during
and after January 1, 2000.
Our statement of
intent regarding Y2K compliance is not a warranty and
does not modify or extend any existing warranty, license, term of use,
or contract. All information provided by Global Frontiers, Inc. concerning Y2K
compliance is provided for the sole purpose of assisting our customers and thereby constitutes
a Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure which satisfies the Year 2000 Information
and Readiness Disclosure Act. Global Frontiers, Inc. will regularly update such information.

Year 2000 Readiness
Disclosure
Global Frontiers, Inc. has conducted a study of its information
and computing systems with special attention to their representation and
manipulation of calendar dates. After performing an extensive inventory
and audit, we have concluded the following:
All software written
by our own developers or by any contractors employed by Global Frontiers,
Inc. is Y2K ready. This internally developed software avoids
the Y2K problem by either using a full four digit date or using a binary
which calculates using the year 1970 as a base. These methods will adjust for new centuries as well as
leap years.
- Our
financial software, acquired from 3rd party vendors, has been tested by said vendors and declared
Y2K ready.
- Our
network consists of equipment and software from several vendors. All equipment and
software has been upgraded to versions that have
been designated by those suppliers as Y2K compliant.
- Our
Microsoft operating system software has been designated by Microsoft as Y2K compliant.
In conclusion, our analysis of our information
and computing systems leads us to believe that Global Frontiers,
Inc. has little, if any, exposure to risks arising from the processing
of calendar dates.
